ASIAN MASSAGE THERAPY
Shiatsu
This ancient and profound Chinese bodywork technique affects pressure
points along energy meridians. Shiatsu includes rocking, rolling, holding,
stretching, and focused pressure with both hands and feet. (60/90 minutes,

Reflexology
This centuries-old therapy stimulates nerve, blood, and energy flow
in the feet and in related organs, glands, and systems. Reflexology releases
"disease" in the early symptom stages. (30/60 minutes, $50/80)
Thai Massage
This delightful and health-enhancing massage combines aspects of
acupressure and yoga. Thai massage uses passive stretching and gentle pressure
on energy lines to help you relax and feel energized, and to stimulate your

Acupressure
Ancient Chinese healing method of applying pressure to certain points
throughout the body to relieve pain and promote good health. Can be used as

Asante's flagship day spa and holistic health center is located in beautiful San Rafael, California (25 minutes North of San Francisco and serving Marin, Sausalito, Novato, Fairfax, Mill Valley, and Larkspur). In addition to our day spa in San Rafael, we have holistic health and massage therapy centers in San Francisco and Pleasanton, California (45 minutes East of San Francisco and serving the East Bay: Oakland, Berkeley, Walnut Creek, San Ramon, and Dublin).
